On October 16th, the Power Battery Application Branch of the China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association,in collaboration with Battery China, launched a business delegation to the Philippines under the theme "New Ecology, New Value" in the Chinese New Energy Vehicle and Power Battery Industry Chain.
The delegation visited relevant government departments and the new energy industry in the Philippines.
The delegation included members such as Zhang Yu, Secretary-General of the Power Battery Application Branch, Liu Fei, Deputy Director of the Expert Committee, Yang Yan, Director of the Strategic Development Center, and representatives from member companies. They engaged in in-depth discussions with high-ranking officials from the Philippines, including USEC. Ceferino S. Rodolfo, Deputy Minister of the Department of Trade and Industry, Mr. ROMULO V. MANLAPIG, Director of the CARS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (CARS PMO), and representatives from the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) of the Philippine President, covering various hot topics in the field of power batteries and energy storage in the new energy industry.
Furthermore, the delegation also included representatives from Kenergy New Energy Technology Co., Ltd and its subsidiary, Kelan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Kenergy New Energy Technology Co., Ltd is a renowned manufacturer specializing in the research and production of lithium-ion pouch batteries. They focus on cutting-edge research in Pack technology, battery modules, and energy storage systems. Their products find extensive applications across diverse sectors, including portable power stations, recreational vehicles, camping equipment, off-grid power systems, marine batteries, electric tricycles, and golf carts. Their expertise added significant depth and insights to this exchange.
